Shub Family Bulldogs guarantee this puppy is in excellent health,
eating well, and playful. We will provide all vaccination records when the puppy is delivered/picked up.
It is the buyer's responsibility to take the puppy for a physical examination by his/her veterinarian
within forty-eight (48) hours of taking possession of the puppy. If the puppy is found to be in poor health within forty-eight (48)
hours of purchase, you need to notify us immediately. We sell all of our puppies with full registration,
but do not guarantee breeding quality.
Shub Family Bulldogs do not guarantee non-life threatening congenital defects.
If the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, and is less than one (1) year old, have your veterinarian
document the puppies condition and send the written and signed statement to us.
If the findings are found to be life threatening, Shub Family Bulldogs will replace the puppy with another puppy,
depentding on availability. You will then be asked to return the defective puppy to us.
In the event of a death, an autopsy must be obtained to establish cause. We will then need a written and
signed statement from you veterinarian stating the cause of death mailed to us.
Your puppy is current on it's vaccinations and worming. Please take the shot records we send you to your
veterinarian. It is important that you keep the vaccinations, worming, and boosters current.
We strongly recommend that your puppy be spayed or neutered if it is purchased as a pet.
It is your responsibility to take good care of your puppy and provide it with adequate food, water,
shelter, and veterinarian care.
